Energy Retrofit Program Renewed

Replace your toilet, and you can receive a rebate of $65 from the Federal Government. Replace your water heater and receive upwards of $315.
The Government of Canada has renewed the popular ecoENERGY Retrofit - Homes program. Until March 31, 2012, homeowners are eligible to receive grants of up to $5,000 to make their homes more energy-efficient.
There are two important changes to the program. First, there is a requirement for participants to register directly with the program before booking their evaluation. Second, homeowners will now be required to provide receipts to their energy advisor at the time of the post-retrofit evaluation to confirm eligibility for the grant.

Every day is a new beginning. Treat it that way. Stay away from what might have been, and look at what can be."

Best event venues in TO
The best event venues in Toronto offer more than just shelter from the rain and an address for the invitation.
It seems many Toronto favourites carry with them the character of a past life; a place once serving as a 19th century united church, a former brick quarry, or an old streetcar repair station now housing a sustainable garden. While the best venues, of course, adapt to the atmosphere of each distinct exhibition or event, those that can cart a little lure on their own seem to make for a superb special event. And exposed brick, for some reason, also seems to be key.

Client testimonial
"I once heard the greatest compliment you can give a person at work is to refer them to friends and family.
Well, I'm certainly going to be referring Shawn when it comes to buying property in Toronto.
We had six weeks to find a unit with lots of personal requirements to boot, and Shawn managed to find a fantastic unit for us with professional calm and speed whilst being a pillar of support at difficult junctions. Thanks Shawn!"
