Greetings!
I want to thank all of the students who made the Free Yoga Weekends in May successful. I would also like to welcome our new students who tried Bikram Yoga for the first time! Please come back for your next class soon!
Also, a big thank you for attending the Memorial Day classes. The energy in the classroom was outstanding and you made me very happy with your hard work, concentration, and determination. I truly was proud to be there.

| Schedules Changes Coming | |
|
It is necessary for me to make some business decisions regarding the class schedule. Please know that while I make these difficult decisions I have you in mind and am trying to give you the best possible class schedule that will accommodate the majority of the students. I am always open to makeing additional changes that are needed. Your input is always valuable. Your new class schedule will be in full effect starting Monday, June 10th.
CHANGES:
Mon. thru Fri. there will no longer be a 6:30am or 8:30am class in La Mesa, nor will there be a 9:00am or 11:00 class in El Cajon.
Your morning classes will be 5:30am and 7:30am in El Cajon, and 9:00am in La Mesa. There will no longer be an 11:00am class at all Monday thru Friday.
There will no longer be a 5:30pm class on Friday in La Mesa, or a 6:30 pm class in El Cajon. In replacement there will be a 6:00pm class added in La Mesa.
On Sat. & Sun. there will no longer be a 10:00am class in La Mesa. In replacement 11:00am will be added in El Cajon.
These are minor changes to the schedule. I hope you understand and stay with us! The La Mesa studio has been open for almost 1 year now and many of your dual membership fees are coming due. The fee is being waived and you may attend either studio at no extra charge.
We no longer have a front desk person in La Mesa, and at times we may not have one in El Cajon. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY FOR CLASS! Once class starts you may not be able to get in class if you are late.
