Easter Sunday Schedule

Yoga Etiquette
- Do not place your mat directly in front of another student's mat.
- Please observe silence.
- No bags, purses or personal items in the hot room. Mats, towels and water only in the hot room.
- Absolutely no cell phones in the hot room.
- No glass containers.
- Do your best to stay in the room during the entire class.
- Be sure to sign in with the front desk. We see you but may not always remember to sign you in to class.
- Please place all rented mats and towels in the designated bins.

Tips

- Lift your leg straight up without twisting or lifting your hip
- Stretch your leg back as in balancing stick
- The stretch, not the height, is the important thing to remember!
- Not collapsing out of the posture is also important for developing spinal strength
