New Year, New Changes

Greetings!

Thanks for a great great year of yoga! Your continued practice and dedication sets you a step above the rest.

The value of your yoga is priceless, and I assure you that all of your hard work and effort will be realized one day.

Please join all of your instructors and BYEC-LM staff in a 30 day challenge this January. SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO!! TRY!

Also, in January please practice your best yoga and ettiquete ever. Show our new students good form, patience, dilligence, perseverence, control, and determination. Help us to teach them what it is to practice this yoga, what it means, and what it can do for you. They will be eager to learn and by you setting a good example for them to follow, you will be pushed to perform your best. Bikram Yoga students should always strive for excellence! Realize your potential this year.

Wishing you and the world as a whole peace and prosperity.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Namaste,
Anthony

You are only one class away from a stress free day!

A simple truth for you: Yoga feels GOOD, lack of stretching and lack of exercise HURTS!

30 Day Challenge

A new year is the time for changes and resolutions.  Join us in the first 30 Day Challenge of 2012!  Add your name to the challenge boards at both studios and see what you can accomplish.  You need not complete 30 days in a row.  Start simply with a 7 or 14 day challenge.  Or challenge yourself to come 3 times per week for 30 days.  Our instructors and staff will encourage and guide you through whatever goal you choose to set for yourself.

Keeping a journal throughout your challenge is a helpful way to track the changes in your practice and your physical and spiritual journey.
