Yoga Etiquette: Please Arrive on Time
Please arrive to class on time and be in the studio with your mat prior to the lights coming on.
- Besides the benefits to your breathing, pranayama breathing insures that you are warmed up when starting the standing postures. It is important to be warmed up prior to beginning the standing postures to prevent injury.
- You may be locked out of class. While we currently have personnel to work the front desks, there are days when there may be no one to check in late students and the doors will be locked after class begins.
- Please be courteous to other students. Late arrivals disrupts the concentration of the class. Please keep others in mind and enter quietly if you are late.
- Both of our studios are located in major shopping malls. It's the holidays and traffic is terrible! Please take into consideration that there will be extra traffic and less parking available this month. Arriving earlier ensures that you will arrive on time and unstressed.
- Check in with the front desk before every class, even if you are late. Please sign in with the front desk before you enter class. It is difficult to track down students afterwards and the front desk staff may be gone for the day when class ends. If you are late, you must still check in and be entered into class.
