Fall is in the air here at PWP, meaning that there is a bit of a chill at night and we are incredibly busy! After the heat and rain of the summer, it is nice to refocus and redouble our efforts. MAAM, yes sir!
Michael Schweisheimer and Debbie Arnold Brown were invited to speak at the MAAM (Mid-Atlantic Association of Museums) Conference in Baltimore on Monday October 10th from 10:30am to noon. Their session, entitled Video for Social Media (incorrectly listed at present as "Valuing Video: A Tool for Attendance and Engagement") is sure to be packed!. MAAM's core purpose is fostering excellence in the museum community, with a focus on Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C. VSM: Video for Social Media

PWP is using this video to "soft launch" its VSM program. Video for Social Media is a project that we have been working on for some time, slowly developing our approach and our assets to be of the most use to the widest audience for our clients. STEM Careers
We are glad to be again working with Films Media Group (FMG) on a series of educational videos on Science, Technology, Education, and Mathematics (STEM) Careers. The team here at PWP, lead by Producer Debbie Arnold Brown, is excited about this project and looking forward to beginning shooting soon. Look for links in our next Newsletter!

Welcoming Our Newest Toy
PWP will be the proud home of a new Panasonic AG-AF100 Camera Package, a funky new digital cinema camera. The AG-AF100 has image quality on par with that of DSLR cameras, but its filmmaking-specific features such as audio connections and the ability to record long clips make it better suited to movie making. It is one of the newest high def cameras available and PWP is looking forward to what we can do with this new "toy". |
