Dear Ones
| |
Many times we have heard it said, God bless America.
As we arrive again at this great nation's celebration of freedom, let us remember to bless God. As Americans we have choice and responsibility. We have abilities and goods desired by others. We have been blessed again and again.
Thank You, God. And in thanking You, may we honor Your work as we work with other nations and countries - those thriving and those struggling to survive. May we extend a hand in prayer, holding blessings and freedom for the citizens of all nations.
In giving thanks for our freedom, let us remember that there are those in our own country who lack a sense of freedom from financial stress and hardship. We remember them in our prayer that we all, indeed, experience the pursuit of happiness and joy in this great nation.
God, let us bless You in all our actives this Independence Day.
Happy Independence America!
In joy,
Rev. Sondra
