| Greetings!
I hope you are happy and well and enjoying the end of your summer. Steve and I just returned from our annual backpacking excursion in the wilderness. We spent 5 days in the Tahoe National Forest, exploring the area around Glacier Lake and the Five Lakes Basin, enjoying the magnificent mountains, chilly lakes, starry skies and tall pines. We even saw a large shaggy brown black bear sauntering through the shrubs just below where this first photo was taken near Glacier Point!
Spending time in nature helps me appreciate our amazing planet and feel grateful for this awesome Earth we share... and I'm so glad I can still hike up and down mountains carrying a backpack! After coming home, I'm also feeling grateful for the things I often take for granted, like a comfortable bed, and indoor plumbing!
Sometimes, we forget about the simple things that make us smile. What do you appreciate in your life? What are you grateful for? I hope you have had a glorious summer, with much to appreciate, and hope you enjoy many more sunsets!
Now that school has started, you may feel ready to begin your next chapter. If you are interested in having less stress, worry and lack, and more peace, joy and love in your life, I'd love to be on your team.
