This year's ISSA/Interclean Amsterdam could have been severely disrupted by the Icelandic volcanic ash cloud that had brought European air traffic to a grinding halt. Fortunately the skies cleared and the show went ahead minus two key ASI attendees, Bob Banion and John Cross.

However ASI's CEO - Barney Berlinger came to the rescue and made the 3500 mile journey to man the stand along with ASI's European Sales Manager - Phil Turney.
Considering the previous weeks air traffic closure the exhibition was well attended by 23,415 visitors and a record number of exhibitors, some 651 in total. 71% of the visitors were International. The many international contact opportunities show ISSA/INTERCLEAN Amsterdam is the largest, international trade show in the field of professional cleaning.
The show was attended by many of our customers with Engineering, Purchasing and Quality Assurance people walking the show and manning the stands, giving a great overview on the importance of this show.
ASI had on show a wide variety of our product not only for floor care but all of our markets.
We showed the MK400 and MK85 transaxles, the ADL100 right angle drive, the 9210 and 9780 inline wheel drives and a selection of scrub drives our SD500 and dual motor Gemini.
With many exciting leads from around the Globe ASI has some busy times ahead.
