Help NorthStar Title Go Green
In an effort to reduce unnecessary use of paper, NorthStar Title will deliver all signed documents in electronic format. You and your customers will have online access through our secured website to their signed closing package generally within 2 days of filing with the County Recorder.
Benefits of online access:
  • The ability to download a complete signed closing package in PDF format to save to your personal computer
  • Ability to e-mail the documents to alternate e-mail addresses
  • Access to the documents on our website for 10 years
  • Ability to print the entire package or specific pages from signed package

Once a package is available online, you will receive an e-mail notification to this e-mail address.
 
If you would like notifications sent to an alternative e-mail address, please reply to this e-mail with that address and your name. Otherwise, you can change your information on our site once you are logged in, by visiting the My Profile page in the My Closings menu.
