The Most Rev. Fidele Dirokpa, Archbishop Emeritus of the Province of the Congo, will make a brief visit to the diocese on Wednesday, October 17, to raise awareness for SowHope, a Congo-based organization with offices in Michigan, which is very dear to his heart.

Its ministries include AIDS care and prevention, prevention of abuse, rape and sex trafficking, and literacy and technical training. A full description of SowHope's work may be found on www.sowhope.org.
Archbishop Dirokpa will celebrate the 10:30 Eucharist at Calvary Church, East Liberty (315 Shady Avenue) on Wednesday, October 17, after which he will make a presentation.
Calvary is inviting anyone who might be interested, especially diocesan clergy and representatives of parish ECW groups. Please call Weezie at Calvary, 412-661-0120, ext. 10, to let her know if you are coming.
We hope you will make every effort to be present.
