Music Theory Classes Start October 1st
The Hartt Community Division will offer several Music Theory classes for students beginning Saturday, October 1st. We welcome our new theory teacher, Sean Pallatroni, a Hartt School alumnus and composer from Bedford, New Hampshire. Mr. Pallatroni will teach two levels of classes, designed to supplement theory instruction that naturally happens as part of regular private lessons. Students will study music notation, solfege (sight-singing), ear-training, and theory application in basic composition. Classes will be filled with opportunities for discussion and participation.
Classes will be held Saturday mornings, beginning October 1st, at the Main Campus. Please see our website for details regarding class start times and registration.
