Simsbury Office Summer Hours
Closed on Monday/Friday/Sunday Tuesday & Wednesday 2:00pm - 8:00pm Thursday 2:00pm - 7:00pm
Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm Dance Department Summer Hours
Monday-Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm Saturday-Sunday Closed
Summer Newsletter Schedule: This is the final newsletter for the 2010-11 school year. Check out our summer editions, which will be sent July 15 and August 15.

Registration for 2011-2012
Register before August 2nd and Save $25Most private lesson students should have received registration packets for next year's lessons and ensembles. If you have not received your packet, you can download one using the links below, or call our office at 860-768-4451 or email harttcomm@hartford.edu to request a packet.
Avoid the $25 registration fee if you mail, fax or drop off your form before August 2nd!
Financial Aid Applications are now available, and will be mailed out by June 24th to all students who applied for aid this past year.
Dance class schedules and registration materials for the 2011-12 school year will be mailed in early July.
Summer Private Lesson Registration is on-going. Please note that all summer private lesson students must register before their first scheduled lesson. Download the Summer Private Lesson registration form.

Fundraisers & Benefit Concerts
Brahms Sextet raised more than $1900 for Japan
HCD students Noah Boden, Maggie Kluznick, Stephen Zaksewicz, Laura Cohen, Gunnar Moll, and Selah Kwak presented a benefit concert which raised over $1900 for the victims of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. Great work, everyone!
Honors Wind Quintet performed in North Haven
The Honors Wind Quintet performed Friday, May 27, 2011 at St. John's Episcopal Church, North Haven, CT. This recital was held as a benefit for the St. John's Community Supper program and free-will donations were accepted to help fund this valuable meal-program that serves the whole community.

Reminder for all parents and students: Please check the lost & found to see if any items you are missing have been found. Any items not claimed by Monday, June 20th will be donated to a local charity. All HCD Offices have a Lost & Found (Main Campus, Simsbury & Handel Performing Arts Center). Check with your HCD receptionist, if you don't know where it is located!
