Opportunities in Finance for Recent Graduates

The financial services industry is growing and new graduates can take advantage of programs like the HSBC Graduate Development Program. This program offers participants the opportunity to gain valuable experience in HSBC's in-branch and corporate environments through a combination of classroom, formal work assignments, and project work.

Participants will be exposed to retail and business banking services, sales and customer experience, and develop a network of contacts with all levels of management while rotating through the different business areas. The program challenges participants and provides them with the opportunity to acquire a diverse set of skills, a deep understanding of the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business, and enables them to leverage their developing capabilities into practical and strategic results.
