Printed on translucent, lightweight plastic, the feel is fun & flirty, with a hint of glamour.
Originally inspired by the escapularios found by the designer in her travels to Sao Paulo, Brasil, the collection has evolved from saints to include photographic images, vintage paintings, novelty images, and modern art collaborations. Ephemera, a class of collectible printed paper items such as matchboxes, advertisements, and labeling, has become an enormous influence on the collection. Images that were meant to be transitory are given a second life as personal adornment.
