All we need is your name to enroll you in our Customer Rewards program. Our system tracks your purchases and you earn a Reward every time you accumulate $300 in purchases over any period of time, so you may already be well on your way if you are already enrolled.
Now through December 31, instead of earning $10 in store credit, you will earn $20 for each $300 spent. The credit is valid for 90 days starting 15 days after the qualifying purchase.
