WAUKEGAN, Illinois - County Clerk Willard Helander will host a Candidate Resource Night at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, December 13 at the Lake County Central Permit Facility, 500 W. Winchester Road, Libertyville. The "A to Z" session will present services and resources available to 2012 political candidates and campaign workers. 
 

"Our goal is to provide candidates with convenient access to the information available in our office," Helander said.
