WAUKEGAN, Illinois - Lake County Clerk Willard Helander announced today that voters in North Chicago Wards 2 and 4 and Waukegan Wards 2, 3, 6, and 8 can view the official Voter Information Guide for the February 22, 2011 Consolidated Primary Election online at LakeCountyClerk.info and download to print a copy. Legal publication also appears in legal notice section of local newspapers.

The guide offers a complete listing of candidates appearing on February's primary ballot, addresses for all Election Day voting sites and information about early voting at the County Clerk's office.
