Go Volunteers!
May 4th, 2010
Greetings!

Here is a great big cheer for all of you Volunteers that have helped us achieve great things this planting season thus far. Because of your invaluable efforts we have successfully planted 3,500 trees and shrubs just this spring! This would not have been possible without your willingness to get involved with us, and we thank you for that.

Volunteers like you are helping to beautify the environment of our great state of Utah in more ways than one. All of these saplings are going to grow up to improve our cityscape, water, and air quality, as well as create valuable habitat for wildlife. Thank you for your hard work and dedication we really appreciate all that you have helped us do and would not have been able to do it with you.

Tree planting season will be wrapping up this month, but there are plenty of other opportunities to get involved with us. For those of you who would like to volunteer more or for the first time, we are looking forward to meeting you. Please look below for a list of volunteer opportunities. Thank you all again and come visit us this weekend at the Live Green Festival at the City Library (210 East 400 South, SLC).

Best Regards,
