ARTreach and our agency and school district partners would like to thank TCA for investing in a more creative and healthful future for our children at risk, our special needs youth, our elderly and disabled.

Since 2003 ARTreach Programs have shown that indigent, elderly special needs, and at risk populations benefit greatly from the educational influence, life skills and discipline the arts provide - to become creative, productive and contributing members of society.
