Welcome to ARTreach
ARTreach supports the development, funding and delivery of specialized art programs and services to underserved populations including children at risk, the elderly and disabled in Fort Bend, Harris and Waller County. We deliver our programs in collaboration with social service agencies, government entities and school districts and through partnerships with local art organizations to support successful outreach serving neglected populations.

Strategic Partnerships
ARTreach is supporting the needs related to children at risk, refugees and immigrants, seniors, and children and adults with special needs through strategic partnerships with social service organizations. 2012 Partners include: Catholic Charities- Mamie George Community Center and Rio Bend Community for children in international Foster Care, Making it Better,  Christ Clinic of Katy,  Fort Bend Juvenile Detention Center, The Summerhouse in Houston, Providence Senior Living Community and others.  The impact the programs have on neglected populations are measurable. ARTreach programs are successfully documenting improvements in attitude and behavior, academic scores, emotional and physical health, increased self esteem, and improved quality of life to support continued funding.

ARTreach grant support is available from the Texas Commission on the Arts for our innovative programs serving indigent populations, seniors and elderly, abused and abandoned children, youth at risk in juvenile detention and or residential treatment centers, immigrants, and families in crisis. Programs in the school districts focus on life skills, credit recovery, curriculum support, leadership and graduation. Contact Executive Director, Terri Bieber at ARTreach to set up a program review. 281-392-5341. New pilots are scheduled quarterly.
