I have spent a week on top of a mountain in North Carolina.  It has been a rich time of prayer, study, reflection and mainly writing.  I have been in a PhD program for several years and given planting Incarnation, taking on Canterbury and last years nomination I have not had much time to devote to the dissertation.  I now find myself close to completing the first full draft and will soon enter a season of editing and hope to submit this work this summer.   I am writing on Visual Theology and specifically the use of media in liturgical worship.  It has been a journey through scripture, doctrine, history, spirituality and more to develop a practical application of media. Thanks for your prayers in this endeavor.

I return to Florida later this week.  Until then Pastor Robin is holding down the "fort".
