Dear Friends,
On Saturday a few of us from Incarnation joined Tommy, Erin, Allison and Kaitlyn Hagood and a few thousand of their friends in a Buddy Walk in support of and to raise awareness and funds for people who have Downs Syndrome. It was a joyous time as we made our way around Lake Eola. (Thanks, Tendai for the pictures)

This is one example of how the Body of Christ can support, encourage and help each other. My prayer for us is that our eyes would be wide open to see the needs of others and respond in the love of God to ease each others burdens. God places us in community; in relationship to one another so that we may be conduits of his power, peace, mercy, forgiveness - his unending love to people. This is my hope for Incarnation, that we live into that reality.

I know God has used many of you on a regular basis to show himself to me. The smiles and hugs, the kind words, encouragement and more are a literal "passing of the peace of God" to me. Let us pass the peace not just on Sundays but everyday to a world in need of the Peace of God. I hope we are ever looking to see what God would do in us and through us to see His Kingdom advance into the hearts and lives of people.
Living, dwelling and rejoicing in the land where blessings abound!
