Lord of all power and might, the author and giver of all good things: Graft in our hearts the love of your Name; increase in us true religion; nourish us with all goodness; and bring forth in us the fruit of good works; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever.  A lot going on at Incarnation...
Dear Friends,

A couple of folks asked me about the parable essay I read in my sermon, The Lifesaving Station - You can find the article on the web - CLICK HERE

We continue to move forward and in the next few weeks a number of opportunities and programs begin and resume...

Morning Prayer - resumes Tuesday, September 8th (the day after Labor Day) - 7:30 am and we are moving this to the chapel at RTS.  Professor Reggie Kidd asked me to consider this and make it an offering to students.  After some thought and discussion internally this seems right to do. Dr. Kidd is making it an option for a percentage of the grade for some of the classes he is teaching.   So join us if you can in the chapel at RTS Monday-Friday / 7:30am for Morning Prayer. Click Here for a flyer

Christian Formation will soon be in full swing with Sunday morning classes resuming September 13; (see schedule in the green column)  Preparation for confirmation on November 15 and more.   Check out a movie about Incarnation's Christian Formation Click Here and/or for a  flyer... CLICK HERE.

Ministry Sunday / Our 3rd Anniversary as an organized mission of the Diocese / and much more on September 13th.  Don't miss this marker in our journey as we look at where we have been and where we are going as a congregation. Much to give thanks for and much to celebrate.  The Rev. Canon Ernie Bennett will be our guest preacher.  We begin Christian Formation, a visit from James Palmer SAMS missionary in Chile and more. So clear your calendar and be here September 13th.

A Discipleship Journey Study and Fellowship Begins Wednesday September 16th / 6-8pm at the Mission House.  For questions or comments about child care  and more contact Gary Jackson at gary.jackson@asburyseminary.edu

September 20th - Teacher Commissioning and our next Town Hall Meeting with our architect, Rick Swisher. (see below)

So join in the fun and get involved! The adventure continues...

Subsequent  meeting held on Sunday, October 4th (time and place TBA).  The meetings will progress in a discussion of our dreams and wants in a church building to discussing our site and property and finally to aesthetics (specific as to the textures and materials we will use) The whole congregation is invited and encouraged to join in this process.
