On a personal note, it was one of the most NERVE WRECKING and AMAZING MOMENTS I've had in a long while!
Let me explain. As President of our Agency part of my job is to have or come up with answers. So I was led to believe. And here I was host of a live show (with no on camera experience) not knowing what the outcome was going to be. It threw me off balance. I was no longer in control. I didn't know what was going to happen next and it was scary. And then...we went live and it went from being nerve wrecking to having forward moving conversations and fun with our virtual community and in-house audience. We were co-creating the outcome. We were collaborating.
