Bill Conn and Lisa Peers
We are thrilled about our newest project; providing actors to perform role play for Unilever in the USA, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa and Dubai. The first USA conference has just been held, with wonderful results for local staff.
The brief was to provide local actors around the world to role play as part of ongoing global staff training conferences. We also wrote and developed the actors briefing materials in collaboration with Unilever.
Our actors are all professional performers, based locally, with 'on the ground' cultural knowledge, with business knowledge, and a thorough understanding the specific ssues being addressed. We are committed to supporting Unilever Learning and Development to provide consistent training to their staff worldwide.
With our extensive network in the International acting community we provide the right actors, whatever the requirements.

NEW TEAM for Melbourne
As part of our ten year association with SHL and KPMG on their Senior Manager Development Centres in Sydney, we are training twelve Melboune based actors to be part of the team. With the centres to be held in both Sydney and Melbourne, we are able to give the best possible consistency to participants from all over Australia.

OUR SERVICES
Whatever the specific needs of your business, we will tailor our services to support you.
When your people develop; your business grows.
Role Play People perform at their best in supportive assessment and development processes. Acting as subordinates, senior managers, partners, and clients, we create a challenging environment where staff can demonstrate and learn people skills. Constructive feedback is given and confidentiality is assured. Real Play Using real, problematic work place situations, our actor/ facilitators provide an opportunity to practice new skills, receive coaching and create win-win situations at work. Presentation Skills We can deliver programs for large or small groups, or individuals. Using the actors 'tool box' of physical and vocal training and improvisation games, we bring out a relaxed, authentic and effective message. Training Tools Our corporate actors will enhance your training aids, as presenters, actors, writers, editors and directors. Management and presentation skills are modelled and explained. Audio Visual support is a cost effective way to reach large numbers of staff. Event Presentations Our performances are modelled on your specific workplace issues. We 'play back' the issues which need to be examined, and where required can facilitate discussion and audience participation. These presentations provide entertaining and effective learning.
