Beginning in 2012, we are also pleased to announce that we will have a  patient advocate representative in the office. The patient advocate will be able to assist with numerous health issues and guide your way through complex medical treatment plans. We are dedicated to helping you meet your healthcare needs as easily, and efficiently as possible.

Our 2012 administration fee is $125, and is due on your first visit. We also wish to remind our Medicare patients that their 2012 deductible is $140.00.

As always, I am very proud of my practice and the level of patient services we provide. Our patients deserve excellent medical care, and we have definitely set the standard for the greater Phoenix area for the past 37 years.  We will continue to provide timely action and comprehensive follow through with the commitment you have grown to expect and appreciate.  We look forward to seeing you soon!
