Although 2009 had many challenges, including tough financial times and many degrees of uncertainty, I am optimistic for 2010 and want to offer a message of reassurance that we will continue to be here for your healthcare needs.

I am very proud of my practice and the level of patient services we provide. Our patients deserve excellent medical care, and we definitely set the standard for the greater Phoenix area.  We continue to provide timely action and comprehensive follow through with the commitment you have grown to expect and appreciate.  I encourage all of you to take advantage of the many extra services we offer.

As in the past, we continue to add new technology to improve your medical care.  This year we will be focusing on communication between our specialists, our office and you through state of the art technology.  Be sure to keep updated on our webpage at www.doctordoug.com, and join our newsletters, under "Join Our E-mail Newsletter."  You will receive specific and timely medical news related to many topics, including ones written personally by me.

Although our costs continually increase, we are making every effort to keep our office visit and lab fees the same.  The administration fee for 2010 is $75.  Your annual fee is due on your first visit of the New Year and will be applied to the many services we provide, that are not covered as a part of your regular office visits..

This year may continue to be financially challenging for some of you, and I want to reconfirm our commitment to all my established patients that we will continue to care for your healthcare needs.  That is our promise to you and our community.
