| 2ND ANNUAL COMPLETE GAME SOFTBALL CAMP | Because of such great participation and reviews in 2010, the YMCA is again offering its "Complete Game" Softball Camp. The camp will run Monday through Thursday from June 20-23. Extended hours this year will be from 9 am to 2 pm each day at the Richmond Co. Little League Complex.
From daily devotions and contests to the end of the week slip and slide, the "Complete Game" Softball Camp takes every player's love for the game to a new level.
The camp has scheduled appearances from some the states best current players from Virginia Tech, UVA, Maryland, Liberty, Stony Brook, Liberty, Southwestern Oklahoma State and others.
Register now through June 3 to reserve your spot. Camp Director is Barbie Miles, who led Lynchburg College to 3 consecutive ODAC Championships while being named ODAC Pitcher of the Year in 2009. Click HERE for more information.

| COME EXPLORE OUR WORLD AT SUMMER CAMP |
| Come experience Y Summer Camp for the first time. With many changes this year, you won't recognize it from years past. Themed activities each week include "Adventures in the Great Outdoors" and "Indian Nations." The Y has formed a new partnership with Westmoreland State Park where campers will enjoy caring for the world around them. "Adventures in the Great Outdoors" consists of swimming, hiking, crabbing, kayaking, canoeing, identifying animal tracks, identifying plant life, using impressionist techniques to create their own art and much more! Summer Camp runs for 9 weeks from June 20-August 19 Financial Assistance is available. |
DAY TRIP TO SEE THE PRODUCTION "HONK"

Take a day trip with friends to Theatre IV in Richmond for the production of HONK!, the story of Ugly, who's odd and gawky looks instantly incite prejudice from his family and neighbors. Along his journey he finds his true beauty and glorious destiny.
Depart from the YMCA at 9 AM, the show begins at 10:30 AM, and will be followed by lunch at Cracker Barrel in Mechanicsville. $23 for YMCA members and $30 for program participants. This price includes transportation, lunch and show fee.

ADOPT A NURSING HOME RESIDENT
| | May is National Nursing Home Residents Month. The YMCA invites you to donate items for nursing home residents of Warsaw Health Care.
A sample list of items include socks, tooth brushes, toothpaste, slippers, word search books, perfumes and cologne. A complete list and sign up is at the Y. If you are interested in sharing your love with these folks please drop off your items by May 17th.
