Why it is important to gather participants emails where possible.
When you report a course, all participants with a valid email address receive a personalized "Thanks for taking a course" automated email. Participants with the address default@paddlingcanada.com do not. Some participants ask why their families or friends on a particular course are getting a message and they are not. Please double your efforts this summer to
get course participant email addresses.
Waiver Forms/Cards
The office still has lots of FREE Youth Cards available, however we are out of Adult Waiver cards. New printed stock of Adult Waivers can be purchased for $1.20 per card plus HST and shipping.
TIP for Instructor Trainers helping instructor candidates pre-register:
If multiple instructor candidates (at an outfitter, camp, college, etc.) are using same computer/browser to register, try clearing the cache & cookies between users. This will avoid problems with registering new instructor accounts in database.
