APPS SponsorsGraham's Greetings
I hope many of you have wet your paddles this season. Spring came early to most regions of Canada. I have certainly been taking advantage of warm April days to go for a short kayak or canoe trip with my family down some lazy local rivers (pictured here - April 2). My family is looking forward to lots of paddling discoveries in our new Kingston home.

I am also looking forward to meeting some of you at the upcoming Atlantic Canadian Paddling Symposium, May 14-16.So save a seat in a boat for me. Speaking of saving seats... registration has picked up this month, so don't wait to reserve your spot at the symposium. More details here

Survey Questionnaire for Outdoor Educators

Iinstructor member Rick Richardson has made the following request:

"As part of my Masters degree, I'm conducting a survey of outdoor educators' attitudes toward education, experience and certification. If you're a guide, instructor, student in an outdoor education program or a teacher, this survey is for you. Click this link:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/J763KJNto be taken to the online survey page. It is only ten questions long and will take about five minutes of your time. The information is collected anonymously and will be used to get a better understanding of these important and timely issues.
Feel free to contact me at rtrichardson@gmail.com if you have any questions or if you would like to know more about the preliminary results."
Thanks for reading. Until next month, keep your paddle in the water,
