Paddle Canada together with our provincial and territorial member associations, invite you to attend the second annual Atlantic Canadian Paddling Symposium.
 
This event is drawing on the expertise of some of the nation's top instructors to explore current developments in paddling and celebrate our Canadian Paddling Heritage.
 
Join us for a weekend of skill development, instructor professional development, stories, entertainment, paddling, news and information and, most importantly, fun. Sessions will focus on all disciplines of paddling including sea kayaking, river kayaking and canoeing.

Symposium Fees and Details
 
Location of the Event:
New Brunswick's Camp Glenburn http://www.saintjohny.com/camping.html
 
Camp Glenburn is the Saint John YM-YWCA residential camp situated 40 minutes outside of central Saint John on the Kingston Peninsula. The camp is located on beautiful Belleisle Bay with 30 acres featuring 13 cabins, a dining hall, and lots of opportunities for outdoor activities.
 
Fees (All prices include applicable taxes)
 
With accommodations and meals:
Paddle Canada member $165.00
Non-Paddle Canada Member $200.00
 
Includes: Shared accommodations at Camp Glenburn for Friday and Saturday night, Meals for Friday evening to Sunday lunch; access to all sessions.
 
Excludes: Transportation to Camp Glenburn, boats and equipment for sessions. Participants must supply their own boat and equipment to participate in the on the water sessions.

This session is a peer-to-peer professional development exercise suitable for all levels of sea kayaking instructor. It also an instructor re-certification clinic under the Paddle Canada Sea Kayak Program and is therefore suitable for any instructor looking to maintain his or her instructor status (please refer to the Sea Kayak Program Manual for details).
