The Gift of Process Partnering
 As another year ends, many of us reflect on the blessings and gifts we have received and those we might like to share with others. As I look forward to the year ahead, I sit in gratitude for the Soul Lightening community whose loving energy supports me. In particular, I have been generously blessed with several PA process partners. YES, several.
How fortunate for my soul's expression and personal growth! I have found these partners to be essential for my walk through a soul-filled life. In difficult times these past few years, my process partners and I have held a vision of wholeness for each other. There have been no parts of ourselves that we dared not explore. I can tell you that the joys are exquisite. In the dark times all of it has been eased by sharing with a friend whose soul has agreed to witness and share the journey. There is something vital about dropping into a sweet intimate soul connection on a regular basis. It has been a tremendous gift for all of us.
It is with great gratitude, warmth and love, that I suggest that you give yourself and another the gift of being a devoted process partner this year. Meet with someone you trust to share your journey, and commit to one another's highest good. Imagine having a regular connection with someone who you can really lean into. Someone who will champion and witness your triumphs, as well as support the sometimes-struggle of your soul's emergence.
Committing to a process partner is an outward manifestation of a willingness to bring more soul expression into the world. Can there be any more precious gift than this to give yourself or another?
May we all bring in a new year of peace with a renewed sense of connection and soul purpose.

Practitioner Notes
Foot & Ankle Release for Plantar Fascitis
 Have you ever noticed that when we gather at workshops our conversations naturally gravitate toward what has been happening for us as practitioners? Because Soul Lightening Acupressure is such a profound whole-being method, it is inevitable that we encounter extraordinary things as we accompany our clients through their journeys.
We all bring our own unique style and spirit to this work, and we all have stories to share that can benefit the larger community. This is the first article in an ongoing series about how our practitioners integrate Soul Lightening Acupressure into their practice.
Missy Grace Oleaga is one of our Clinical Acupressure instructors and has a busy practice in Princeton, NJ. She integrates several modalities into her practice including Clinical Acupressure, Process Acupressure and massage.
Like many of us, Missy has encountered several clients who have the symptoms of Plantar Fascitis. She writes the following description of working with one person:
- Another client has healed from plantar fascitis using the Foot & Ankle Release! It took three sessions for it to totally go away. After the third session she walked out limping and I thought it wasn't going to work. She called me the following evening and said her foot was completely better. It was like a delayed reaction. We talked about how she was kind of "stuck in traffic" and it just took a little longer to get where she needed to go. Three weeks later it hasn't returned.
