Greetings!
The image above featuring the Soul Nebula (from NASA's WISE infrared space observatory) reminds us that we are part of a vast and spectacular universe.
One of the greatest gifts of Soul Lightening Acupressure is the ability to notice signals and follow them, compassionately, toward a greater understanding of our wholeness. We can follow these signals inward, to the depths of our being, or outward, far beyond ourselves---into the greater universe.
As your attention shifts toward the fall season, watch for the hidden signals that may appear. In this transformation of the seasons, our own nature transforms as well----so that what was once useful drops away to make space for what is to come.
Whether you have the opportunity to exchange a PA, CA or Seva session with someone else, or whether you work on yourself alone, remember that you have wonderful tools at your fingertips for uncovering and claiming great treasures!

Ancestral Healing Workshop
on the East Coast!!!
September 2011 in Kingston, Massachusetts
 Aminah has agreed to teach the Ancestral Healing workshop on the east coast next fall! This workshop has not been offered in the US for several years, and many of us have been looking forward to it.
Workshop Description: The Basic Protocol and processing skills will be used to heal ancestral
patterns that obstruct present life skills. Specific work focuses on
healing ancestral patterns that have come down through ages (instead of
individual instances) and reclaiming ancestral strengths that have not
yet been owned. A soul-dominant segment focuses on soul relationships
and soul purposes through ancestry.
Due to the size of the venue at Hope Floats in Kingston, MA, the size of the class will be limited. Please be sure to register early to ensure your place. There are also a limited number of rooms onsite for overnight accommodations. Other accommodations are available nearby.
The pre-requisites for this workshop have been changed, and anyone who
has taken PA1: Gateway to Soul may register for the class. If you have
not taken PA1 yet, or if you would like to take a refresher (50%
discount!) there will be several opportunities in the coming months

The Spirit of Seva Project
Report from a Seva Self-Care Student
This report is from a student who attended a 3-hour Seva self-care workshop in Wisconsin this summer. Her instructor, Arline Rowden, received permission to share this report with our whole community.
First Report: Four days after the workshop
For the past couple of decades I have
searched for something to help me to slow down and relieve anxiety. I have gone
to counselors, been put on different medications, tried yoga, meditation,
acupuncture, essentially you name it, I tried it. Nothing could relieve the
anxiety of today's fast paced world. The inability to slow down led to my
endocrine system being totally wiped out, continued high stress and the inability
to relieve stress and constant dependence on sleep aids.
Then I saw Arline's invitation to take the Seva Stress Relief class. I decided
it was worth a try and I'm so glad I did. I cannot say enough about the Seva
Stress Relief. Not only did I see quick
results, but the Seva protocol is one that I do as soon as I get home. I
instantly was able to be calm, think clearly and sleep! All of this, with no
medication needed. Each day after work, I start my evening with Seva. During
the work day, when things get hectic, I can always find time to do the Seva
Stress Relief. It works every time. I encourage you to try it, you will never
stop doing it after your first session. I now am able to meditate, do yoga
etc... and have seen instant health benefits in all areas of my life.
Second Report: After doing Seva daily for 2+ weeks
Even
though challenges do arise from time to time, when they do, and I start to feel
anxiety, I excuse myself for a 10 minute break, do the Seva and then I am
returned to a calm state of mind and can deal with the issue at hand. I
don't have to get worked up, I don't have to get flustered, and you know what,
I can much more easily handle the situation and feel empowered by it
afterwards. It gives me back my sense of personal power and it is a very
positive way to deal with something that is stressful. I deserve
that!
