Congratulations! Your application has been selected to be in the Celebration of the Arts Festival which will be held on Saturday, June 6 from 10 am - 4 pm in downtown Fuquay-Varina. A festival day packet will be mailed to you the first week in May. The packet will contain directions on how to get to downtown Fuquay-Varina, your booth number assignment and set-up time.
Set-up times will begin at 7:00 am. You will be assigned a time to arrive based on your booth number. We ask that you respect your assigned time as getting into downtown Fuquay-Varina will be tight! All art vendors will be located on Main Street in downtown Fuquay-Varina. There will be volunteers on site to help you quickly unload so that you can move your car. Vendor parking will be 2-3 blocks from the festival site. Again, you will receive your set-up time in a packet mailed to you the first week of May.
Please remember that artists must provide their own tent, booth, racks and tables to display their work in an outdoor environment. Booth spaces are 10' x 10'. All artists must staff their booth for the duration of the festival which is from 10 am - 4 pm. Tear down prior to 4 pm is not allowed. Generators are not allowed and electrical connections are not available. No commission will be collected on sales. There will be food and drink vendors at the festival should you want to buy lunch or a snack. Please leave your pets at home.
Refunds will be given if the FVRA is notified in writing by May 8. The festival is rain or shine.
