We have changed the look of the roof.  One day it was black and now it is tan.  Baker roofing has been working diligently between rain days to remove tons of old layers of roof.  They got all the way down to the old tongue and groove wooden slats that cover the historic Bethlehem steel parabolic trusses.  Hopefully it will never leak again!!!!!!  We have three inches of new insulation under a heavy TPO membrane.  It should be really energy efficient now.

The solar panels will go on next.  We will update you on our solar progress later in the month.

We are still looking for a restaurateur to fill an available space in the building.  We have some great thoughts on configuration.  There is a big (70x70ft) lot out back that would make for great patio/outdoor seating.  As evidenced by the popularity of the relatively new Daniels restaurant, Fuquay residents are ready to stay in town to eat.  If you know anyone that may be interested, please send them "The Mitchell" way.
