Greetings!
 The year of 2008 was certainly full of surprises and I am sure 2009 will be no different. Since it has been some time since our last communication, I'd like to update you on what we are doing at T-Metrics and to thank you for the business you have given our company. I can assure you we don't take you (our customers) for granted and know you are the most important part of our business.
We have a lot going on! We recently hired a new Project Manager and an Information Technology Specialist this past quarter. Most of last year was primarily consumed with the JITC certifications on our TM-2000 ACD, Attendant Console, Consolidated Answering System, and a Desktop Review (DTR) on the TM-2000 ACD with the Alcatel-Lucent 5ESS. This year we submitted another DTR on our ISDN Console with the Alcatel-Lucent 5ESS. We just received word no further testing would be required on both Interoperability and Information Assurance testing, which means the ISDN Console and Alcatel-Lucent 5ESS DTR will appear on the UCAPL relatively soon... in "JITC time" of course.
In this newsletter I'll cover our commitment to you, our Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC ) certifications, the Air Education Training Command's (AETC) centralization of operator services, and on-line training tutorials.
