Greetings!
Keith Laws has decided to pursue his Master's Degree and his last day with T-Metrics was on May 30th. We will miss him. After graduating from the Citadel, Keith joined the T-Metrics' team as a Product Specialist. After a couple years Keith moved to Director of DoD Sales and was also promoted to a Program Manager's position. But, with his wife and family stationed overseas and the demands it brings, Keith is making this decision with his family in mind. We wish Keith and his family all the best.
We have completed all phases of JITC testing with the recertification of our TM-2000 Multi-Purpose ACD Platform and Attendant Consoles. They are now in queue with the DISN Security Accreditation Working Group, affectionately known as DSAWG.
If you have a chance, click on the "Did You Know?" link in our Quick Links. If you have kids, you should find it interesting. It was shown at the end of the last JITC/Unified Capabilities conference in Chantilly, Virginia.
Roger Pohl is temporarily filling Keith's position. Please direct questions concerning our DoD sales to Mr. Pohl. Also, please take a moment to complete our surveys. They can be found towards the bottom of the left hand column.
Thank you, Bill Sandford Director of Marketing |

HOT TIP!
To keep your Attendant Consoles or TM-2000 Multi-Purpose ACD Platform system current, our updates should be run at least every three months. We have been to installations where it hasn't been run for well over a year. This will cause problems since Windows continually has patches. If you are connected to the Internet, you simply click on Help from the Console or Agent Module window menu bar and then click on Check for Updates. If you are not connected to the Internet, you will have to contact your System Administrator, who will have to download the update and then install it on each individual PC.
