Assaults against women have been on the rise and it is important to know how to protect yourself. This hands-on self protection workshop is a follow-up to the Self-Defense Workshop on April 21st.

Harbor Day

Boys & Girls Harbor, Inc.  will be sponsoring, Harbor Day,  a free community outreach event. There will be FREE activities and entertainment, including kid's games, music, dance, giveaways, and refreshments.

Touro College of Pharmacy CSTEP Summer Research Program 2012 
Touro College of Pharmacy Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program is offering a one week research program to students interested in pursuing careers in pharmacy, health care, and other science based careers.

In this program, students will be able to explore different methods and strategies pharmacists use to diagnose and treat patients. The Summer Research Program will provide a valuable learning experience that focuses on important academic research skills.

A $200.00 stipend will be provided and the 5 Research Project Competition winners will receive a brand new laptop!

To be eligible students must be entering the 11th or 12th grade in high school or the first of second year of college in the fall.
