Suffolk County SPCA Prepares for Nor'easter  

 
 
 
SAFEGUARD YOUR PET NOW!
Bring you dog inside prior to the start of the storm KEEP your dog indoors during the storm. If your dog needs to go out during the storm keep it on a leash at all times.
 
Cats KEEP all cats indoors prior to and during the storm. Use a litter box.
 
Horses - Take appropriate action to SAFEGUARD.
 
Birds - KEEP in cages at all times during storm.
 
Reptiles - KEEP in tanks at all times during storm
 
Have IDENTIFICATION  tags on all animals.
 
LISTEN to Media outlets for storm updates
 
Have a go bag and carrier ready for your pet in case of EVACAUATION.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET BEHIND!
