The New York Times and Daily News are raving about our new Center for Balanced Living -- an innovative, high-quality, holistic health and wellness program for adults 55 and over.
Members receive unlimited classes for just $75 per year, including private, one-on-one wellness coaching. Classes, workshops and special events cover a wide variety of areas, including fitness, relaxation, stress management, nutrition, arts and social events.  Our acclaimed Young Artists Program offers an exciting and affordable visual arts program for teens and pre-teens who want to develop their artistic creativity and skills.
