For the history buffs: Our archives are officially online! Thanks to the work of YIVO Institute for Jewish Research and the Milstein Family Jewish Communal Archive Project.

The Educational Alliance has served Downtown Manhattan since 1889. Originally a settlement house for East European Jews immigrating to NYC, the history of the Lower East Side and our history are deeply intertwined.
