The Art of Balancing the Opposites - in meditation, is transformed into the understanding that the extremes are the elements that complement the unity of the all. But we can't see if we keep on distinguishing the opposites.
Life and death by example, seem opposites but they are a perfect cycle where life travels as essence, sometimes as light and another as darkness but where there are neither shadows nor conflicts or chaos.
The whole life is a learning school where we have to reach experiences and reflect about them and there will be moments, very distant and very different between them but if we persevere in the unity and we realize that life goes on, the extremes will disappear and we will realize that instead of light, there was darkness but that there always was a fullness of life and eternity.
