Maintaining IDDQ Measurement Accuracy in High Density Applications

Magnify IDDQ

With increasing parallelism comes the need for higher density device power sources (DPS) that can be added to your existing fleet of testers. One challenge is how to provide accurate, ultra-low current measurement  required for IDDQ in these high density applications. Behind the development of our high performance instruments are a number of important technical innovations that enable Salland to deliver superior ATE upgrades that are respected by customers and ATE vendors alike. Read about one of these breakthroughs in our Technical Innovation Series here.
