Pintail is proud to introduce TestScape-SPC that delivers these capabilities in a user-friendly, highly scalable solution. Product engineers may describe multiple statistical controls for each device from an intuitive, web-based entry screen. The system automatically recommends target operating points based upon recent production history. Using Pintail's popular SwifTest software running on or near the testers, comprehensive real-time monitoring may be conducted on-line.
The system includes a complete event disposition subsystem whereby events may be opened, analyzed, delegated and closed on a continuous basis. Performance metrics are graphically presented for management reporting and customer appreciation.

We are pleased to announce that Melexis NV, a leading supplier of high quality, advanced mixed-signal semi-conductors for the automotive, industrial and consumer markets, has selected Pintail's TestScape-SPC for deployment to its three test floors located in Belgium, Germany and Bulgaria.
 The system will provide real-time SPC monitoring to over 300 testers operated by Melexis. The company's product engineers and yield engineers will also benefit from the comprehensive data analysis capabilities included with TestScape-AWARE. Read more in the official press release. |
| Industry Roadmap for Adaptive Test |

 I would like to direct your attention to a unique panel discussion to be held at ITC in Austin, TX on Wednesday, November 4.
Throughout this year, a new subcommittee of the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors has done a terrific job of pulling together their first roadmap on Adaptive Test with the participation of many test experts from throughout industry and academia. This roadmap will become part of the newest edition of the ITRS to be formally published on December 16 in Taiwan.
