Strawberry
Fest is just around the corner: Thursday, June 10th 
It's that
time of the year again when First Congregational
Church is inviting our community neighbors to be part of Strawberry
Fest. We are looking for volunteers to work on serving lines for 2-hour
shifts.
Shifts are:
10 a.m.
- 12 noon
12 noon
- 2 p.m.
2 p.m.
- 4 p.m.
4 p.m.
- 6 p.m.
6 p.m.
- 8 p.m.
A full
serving line is 5 people, but any number of volunteers is welcome and much
appreciated.
If your
organization can help with supplying volunteers, please
send, via email, the following information for each volunteer:

Shift
time to work
A
contact email address (and phone number)
We ask that
volunteers dress comfortably for each shift,
appropriate to the weather. We invite organizations to wear t-shirts /
caps to promote their participation in Strawberry Fest, if they so
choose.

Parking Garage to be sold

A Legal Ad in the Tribune-Star offers the Wabash Avenue Parking Garage for sale.
Bids are being accepted at the Department of Redevelopment through June 8, and will be opened June 9.
Initially, the minimum-bid required is $500,000.
