If your 2008 household income was less than $45,000, you can get free tax help at more than 160 sites across the Bay Area.  IRS-certified tax preparers will help you get the refund you deserve.  You could qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit, which could mean a refund of up to $4,800!  In East Palo Alto:
