Craig began his craft talk last week by introducing his guests Norio Takemura, Mike O'Neil, Gino Pulente and then providing members with a brief overview of Nortak Software and the areas of business they work in:

He then used a case study to walk members through the process of how these phases and approaches would be implemented during the creation/revamp of a website.
