Pauline Fleming is a Master Certified Executive Coach who works with businesses and leaders to coach their staff and customers to want to stay. At last week's meeting Pauline talked with members about her program "How to Grow Your People, Profits and Playtime". Pauline explained that she works with business owners in the areas of life, business and play, but her main focus is on how to put all three together to create balance. Her mission is to inspire million dollar business leaders to grow their business.
Pauline also believes in "walking her talk" so she discussed with members how she has invested $200,000 in that last 5 years with her own coaches and experts and how the investment has helped her to grow. Some of the results she has seen in just this past year include:
- bringing on board her assistant, Liane Ellis who is a technology wizard.
- Hiring personal assistant, Brandy.
- adding a 3rd person to her team who provides concierge services to her clients.
- introducing 10 new products including her self-leadership process and several DVDs.
Pauline also told members about acheiving her goal of becoming a Certified Speaking Professional (which only 10% of professional speakers have) and how that acheivement gave her the distinction of being only the 3rd person in the world to have both a Master Certified Coaching designation and a Certified Speaking Professional designation.
