ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING  

 

At last week's meeting members participated in the OXA's Annual General Meeting at the Rideau Tennis Club. There were 45 members in attendance.

 

New President Mardi Friesz announced that Thom Bourne, Mike Kolberg and Adrian Spitzer would continue to serve on the OXA Board for the upcoming fiscal year and also welcomed Stephen Simcox of Power Displays & Exhibits as a new Director. Congratulations!

 

The new OXA Board for the 2011/2012 fiscal year is: 

 

Motions to accept the Annual Report and the Budget for 2011/12 were moved, accepted & carried.

 

There was discussion regarding the increase in attendance and upcoming proposed changes to the OXA website.
